6 Sitting Exercises For A Flat Tummy


We all come to a point in our lives when we realize that a few exercises for muscle strength and stretching need to become a part of our everyday routine.
For example, have you noticed that your body is not bouncing back with the same elasticity as in your youth? Do you have an accumulated belly fat? Do you have a few extra pounds on your waist and buttocks? An unhealthy lifestyle, dominated by processed foods and lack of activity can do that to you.
Toning your body, losing weight, living a healthier life. Saying your objectives out loud is very good and can help stay motivated. But, if you don’t charge your batteries and begin to change your life habits immediately, there will be no way to reach them.
The truth is that going to the gym is not only expensive but also makes you lose a lot of time. From the moment you start preparing your things, to arriving at the gym, do the exercises, shower, dry your hair, and then return back home.
Currently, we all live lives in which we lack time. Thus, we try to do things in a way that we can help us save as much time as possible.
Fortunately, professionals are here to help us. The popular personal trainer Denise Austin has developed 6 exercises that can help women stay in shape without losing much time.

Sitting Exercises For A Flat Tummy

If your working day is based on spending hours and hours sitting in a chain, in front of a computer or a pile of papers, and you don’t have the time to go to the gym, don’t worry. We have the perfect option for you. It’ll take less than 10 minutes to perform these exercises, and you can do them in the same chair at work. In this way, you’ll get fit while you’re sitting.

1. Alternate Knee Up

While sitting in your chair, start raising one knee to the chest, and then the other. Do 3 sets of 25 repetitions. Contract your abdominals throughout the exercise. This is a perfect exercise for your waistline and lower tummy.

2. Both Knees Up

Then, lift both legs at once. This will take a little bit more effort, but it’s more effective and engages the entire abdomen. Just as with the previous exercise, contract your abdominals, to work them well. Don’t force it with your lower back. Do 25 repetitions.

3. Side-To-Side

Now, repeat the second exercise, but do it to the side. Do 2 sets of 15 reps. Repeat the same with the other side. This is an excellent aerobic exercise for your waistline.

4. Upper Trunk Workout

When you’re finished with your legs, let’s touch the upper trunk. Rotate your waistline, contracting your abdominals at the same time. This is a very simple and effective exercise, which works your spine and gives great results with the waistline. Keep doing it for one minute.

5. Reach The Floor

Now, let’s reach to the floor. First, stretch your arms to the side, forming a cross with your body. Open your legs, so that your knees are in a straight line with your shoulders. Lower the trunk to touch the floor with your right hand. Then, do the same with your left hand. Continue with alternate movements for at least one minute. This is a great exercise for your love handles.

6. Lift Your Body

We have already reached the sixth and last exercise. This is the most challenging one, and you’ll be able to do it only if your chair is stable enough to support your weight.
Contract your abdominals, raise your legs, and lift your whole body so that your weight falls on your arms. Hold the position for one minute.

THE HISTORY & EFFECTIVENESS OF CHEMOTHERAPYChemotherapy was originally discovered during World War II when autopsies were being performed on soldiers that had been exposed to mustard gas – a nerve agent used in chemical warfare. 
Now that we understand the history of how chemotherapy came to be, let’s have a look at the effectiveness. 
The truth is that chemo is toxic, carcinogenic (causes cancer), destroys erythrocytes (red blood cells), devastates the immune system, and destroys vital organs.

Mustard gas was one of the most deadly chemical weapons deployed in battle and could be absorbed through the skin, so gas masks were useless. Even fully clothed soldiers weren’t protected. It could take up to six weeks to die from mustard gas, and it was a terrible way to die. 
The men examined tested for depleted bone marrow and lymph systems, which are cells that naturally divide faster than other cells in the human body. Since cancer cells divide faster than normal cells, scientists wondered if mustard gas could be used in the treatment of cancer. 
In 1942, the Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center secretly began treating breast cancer with the first versions of chemotherapy drugs, which were called “nitrogen mustards.” No one was cured.
In 1943 trials were also conducted at Yale University where 160 patients were also treated with chemotherapy. Again, no one was cured. However, since chemotherapy shrank the tumours, researchers proclaimed the trials to be a “success.”
Gradually, synthetic versions of the nitrogen mustards were developed, but they all had one thing in common:  They are unable to differentiate between “healthy” cells and “cancerous” cells, so they kill everything.  Healthy cells, such as bone marrow and immune cells, that are naturally fast dividing are killed off as effectively as the fast-dividing cancer cells. Chemotherapy drugs are some of the most toxic substances known to the human body. They kill healthy cells and damage organs making recovery from chemotherapy treatment almost a miracle.

There was a study done that showed 90% of oncologists would not prescribe the treatments they prescribe to their patients to their own wife or child. Why is that? 
The chemicals being used to ‘fight’ cancer actually cause cancer. Tamoxifen, which is prescribed to most women with breast cancer is classified as a carcinogen by the American Cancer Society and World Health Organizations. By using these chemicals to treat cancer we are actually generating new cancers.

“Treating cancer with chemotherapy is like treating alcoholism with vodka. It’s like treating heart disease with cheese, or diabetes with high-fructose corn syrup. Cancer cannot be cured by the very thing that causes it. Don’t let some cancer doctor talk you into chemotherapy using his (or her) fear tactics. They’re good at that. So next time he insists that you take some chemotherapy, ask him to take some first. If your oncologist isn’t willing to take chemotherapy in front of you to prove it’s safe, why on earth would you agree to have it injected in your body?” ~ Mike Adams

After studying the lifespans of cancer patients for more than 25 years, Dr. Hardin B. Jones came to the conclusion that, despite popular belief, chemotherapy doesn’t work. He found that cancer patients who underwent chemotherapy actually died more quickly.
“People who refused treatment lived for an average of 12 and a half years. Those who accepted other kinds of treatment lived on an average of only 3 years.” ~ Dr. Hardin B. Jones
It’s not cancer that really hurts people. When a patient has cancer and gets immunosuppressed from the treatments they end up dying from liver failure, kidney failure, pneumonia, sepsis, etc. NOT cancer. 
“I began to notice that my long term survivor list was pretty short. I began reading the literature that everyone was that after five years of chemo, in their OWN literature, they recorded only 2.1% survival rate” ~ Dr. James Forsythe, M.D.
There was a study published in the American Journal of Clinical Oncology in 2004 that reviewed 12 years of data and found that 97% of adults treated with chemotherapy were dead within 5 years.

Berkeley Doctor Claims People Die From Chemotherapy, Not Cancer

                                          


According to recent statistics, approximately 1 in 2 men and 1 in 3 women will develop cancer in their lifetimes. This saddening reality is made worse when it is acknowledged that modern methods of ‘treating’ the disease are often ineffective and only make the symptoms of the disease worse. In fact, according to one Berkeley doctor, chemotherapy doesn’t work 97% of the time.
In the eye-opening video above, Dr. Hardin B. Jones, a former professor of medical physics and physiology at the University of California, Berkeley, discusses how ‘leading edge’ cancer treatment is a sham.
He has personally studied the life expectancy of patients for more than 25 years and has come to the conclusion that chemotherapy does more harm than good. The bone-chilling realization prompted Dr. Jones to speak out against the billion-dollar cancer industry.
“People who refused chemotherapy treatment live on average 12 and a half years longer than people who are undergoing chemotherapy,” said Dr. Jones of his study, which was published in the New York Academy of Science.
“People who accepted chemotherapy die within three years of diagnosis, a large number dies immediately after a few weeks.” 
According to the physician, the only reason doctors prescribe chemotherapy is because they make money from it. Such an accusation doesn’t seem unreasonable, as cancer treatment runs, on average, between $300,000 – $1,000,000 per treatment.
“Patients with breast cancer who reject conventional therapy live four times longer than those who follow the system. So this is something that you will not hear in the mass media, which will continue  the myth…”
Despite the fact that the United States spends more on healthcare than any other high-income nation in the world, diseases of affluence continue to increase in prevalence, resulting in a shorter life expectancy.
Perhaps this is because mainstream media and the allopathic healthcare system don’t teach about the importance of preventative medicine. Eating a healthy diet, engaging in exercise, thinking positive thoughts, reducing stress, and enjoying the company of others – or habits that bring joy – are all proven to improve longevity and happiness.
In addition, potent all natural medicines, such as cannabis oil, are also strictly regulated and illegal in many areas – despite the fact that CBD-rich oil from the marijuana plant is listed as a remedy on the U.S.’ National Cancer Institute’s website.
As it is, there is no money in a healthy population, which is why fast food joints and pharmaceutical industries thrive in America. Hopefully, Dr. Jones’ efforts will inspire people to seek out alternative options if they or someone they know develops the debilitating disease.
